New clubhouse a reality for homing club after Lottery fund grant

  • Carrick and District Homing Society have been celebrating a new grant from the Big Lottery Fund

There was great news for Carrick and District Homing Society, currently in their centenary year, as they received a £5750 Awards for All grant from Big Lottery Fund.

The new cash will allow the club to erect a new and larger clubhouse and improve the walking surface surrounding the clubhouse.

This new grant is just one of seven to groups in the Carrick, Cumnock and Doon Valley constituency who have recently been successful in applying to Awards for All, securing a total of £35,367 funding.
