How bad are our roads? Pitted with potholes, or not too bad? You can have your say on problem potholes in Maybole at a special open evening at Maybole Town Hall on Thursday 3rd February at 7pm.
Residents in Maybole and across South Ayrshire have been hitting out at the state of our roads, which have been badly affected by the recent bad weather.
Heavy gritting over the winter freeze and years of abuse from heavy lorries have taken a severe toll routes throughout the area.
Kenny Dalrymple, South Ayrshire Council’s Roads Manager, said: “We are doing all we can to respond to concerns raised by residents and drivers across our roads network Residents are invited to attend our forthcoming roads improvement events to come along and discuss these issues."
